Dr. Liu completed his foundational medical education and advanced studies at Inner Mongolia Medical University between 1993 and 2002. Dr. Liu initiated his clinical career at Bayannur City Hospital in Inner Mongolia, where he served from September 1996 to September 1999, establishing a solid foundation in orthopedic practice. In August 2005, he transitioned to the 306th Hospital of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA). During his tenure there until December 2010, he continued to rigorously refine his clinical acumen and scientific research capabilities within the demanding environment of a premier military medical institution.

In December 2010, Dr. Liu advanced his career by joining the Department of Orthopedics at Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, Capital Medical University, where he progressively advanced through the clinical ranks from Associate Chief Physician to Chief Physician. Dr. Li earned his Bachelor of Medicine degree from Xi’an Medical University in 1985. He has extensively investigated the application of trabecular metal modular acetabular cup systems in total hip arthroplasty, demonstrating their excellent osteoconductive and osteoinductive properties that effectively promote bone ingrowth and improve the initial stability of the prosthesis.

As a dedicated clinical scholar, Dr. Li has published over 40 papers in domestic and international academic journals. Furthermore, he has contributed his profound expertise as a co-author to several specialized orthopedic monographs. His notable co-authored publications include the Beijing Jishuitan Hospital Joint Surgery Manual and Practical Surgical Techniques and Rapid Recovery for Minimally Invasive Hip and Knee Arthroplasty, which systematically summarize the extensive clinical experience and advanced protocols of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital in the field of joint surgery.

Dr. Xu earned his medical degree from Beijing Medical University (now the Peking University Health Science Center) in 1988. Following his graduation, Dr. Xu dedicated his clinical career to the Department of Orthopedics at Beijing Jishuitan Hospital. Over the years, he progressively advanced through the clinical ranks from Resident to his current esteemed positions as Chief Physician and Professor. In September 2023, serving as an elite dispatched expert, he transitioned to Beijing Jishuitan Hospital Liaocheng Hospital (a National Regional Medical Center) to assume the critical leadership roles of Vice President and Director of Joint Surgery. Dr. Shi earned his medical degree from Shanghai Medical University in 1987. He subsequently pursued advanced academic training at Peking Union Medical College, where he obtained his Ph.D. in Medicine. During his doctoral studies, he trained under the mentorship of Professor Li Zirong, a renowned expert in osteonecrosis and joint disorders.

As a highly prolific joint surgeon, he performs more than 500 arthroplasty procedures annually, having successfully completed a cumulative total of over 6,000 related surgeries throughout his career.
