    2002年9月,进入北京大学医学部临床医学专业学习,于2007年7月获得学士学位。随后,续在北京大学医学部深造,攻读运动医学专业博士学位,并于2010年7月顺利毕业。

    2007年7月,刘华玮进入北京大学第三医院骨科工作,担任住院医师,开启了临床职业生涯2010年9月,进入中国人民解放军总医院(301医院)骨科从事博士后研究工作,并兼任住院医师,师从王岩、周勇刚、蔡谞及肖嵩华等骨科专家,积累了扎实的基础研究与临床技能。2013年1月,留任中国人民解放军总医院骨科,担任主治医师。2016年11月,加入北京清华长庚医院,现任骨科与运动医学中心副主任医师。此外,还担任北京清华长庚医院临床技能培训中心主任一职,负责医院的医学模拟教学与临床技能培训工作。

    擅长方向

    主要从事脊柱外科工作,擅长治疗颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症、胸腰椎骨折等脊柱退行性疾病。专于脊柱微创技术的应用,尤其擅长运用脊柱内镜(UBE)、椎间孔镜等技术治疗颈腰椎疾病,同时也开展脊柱侧弯及脊柱肿瘤的手术治疗。

    各种急、慢性运动伤病的治疗,膝、髋等关节骨关节病的综合治疗和四肢骨折的治疗。主要手术包括: 1、以关节镜为主的关节微创治疗:包括膝关节前、后交叉韧带解剖单束和双束重建,关节软骨损伤的修复和软骨细胞移植,半月板损伤的治疗和同种异体半月板移植;肩袖损伤和肩关节脱位的微创治疗;踝关节韧带损伤和骨软骨损伤的治疗;各种滑膜炎的手术治疗;髋、肘、腕等关节损伤的治疗。2、微创技术膝、髋关节置换:包括全膝关节置换、单髁置换和髌股关节置换,股骨头置换和全髋关节置换,以及胫骨高位截骨等。3、髌股关节紊乱的综合治疗。4、踇外翻的综合治疗。5、运动创伤:包括四肢骨折、韧带损伤、肌肉损伤和周围神经损伤。

In the field of joint arthroplasty, he is highly proficient in performing Total Hip Arthroplasty (THA), Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA), and Unicompartmental Knee Arthroplasty (UKA).

      In sports medicine, he specializes in sophisticated minimally invasive arthroscopic interventions across multiple joints. His extensive arthroscopic repertoire includes anterior and posterior cruciate ligament (ACL/PCL) reconstruction, meniscal repair and resection, and the removal of intra-articular loose bodies in the knee. For shoulder pathologies, he expertly performs arthroscopic rotator cuff repair and acromioplasty. Furthermore, he utilizes advanced arthroscopic techniques for the precision management of hip labral tears, ankle ligament injuries, elbow disorders, and the minimally invasive release of gluteal muscle contracture. Additionally, his surgical proficiency extends to minimally invasive corrective procedures for hallux valgus.
