    Mentored by the renowned minimally invasive spine surgery expert Prof. Zhang Xifeng, Dr. Bu received his rigorous medical education and systematic spine surgery training at the Peking University Health Science Center, establishing a solid theoretical foundation.     Dr. Bu completed advanced clinical fellowships at the General Staff Armored Forces Hospital and the Chinese PLA General Hospital. He currently serves as the Director of the Minimally Invasive Spine Center at Beijing Aiyuhua Hospital, while also holding the position of Director of the Beijing Center for the Zhang Xifeng Minimally Invasive Spine Diagnosis and Treatment Center. To date, he has successfully completed over 2,000 various minimally invasive procedures and more than 1,000 spinal endoscopic surgeries.

    1985年大学毕业后,被分配至北京积水潭医院骨科工作。经过三年的住院医师规范化培训及各亚专业轮转,选择专注于矫形骨科领域。在积水潭医院工作的三十余年间,从住院医师逐步成长为主任医师、教授,并担任硕士研究生导师。长期工作在临床一线,年均主刀完成各类髋、膝关节置换手术500余例。此外,还受聘为新加坡中央医院骨科顾问医师,参与国际间的医疗合作与学术交流。

    擅长方向

    主要从事各种关节疾病和关节外科的手术治疗,其诊疗范围涵盖了从保守治疗到复杂手术的全过程。擅长人工全髋关节置换术和人工全膝关节置换术,尤其在复杂病例的处理上经验丰富,能够独立完成髋臼发育不良、强直性脊柱炎、类风湿性关节炎等疑难病例的关节置换手术。对于人工关节置换术后出现的假体松动、感染、脱位等并发症,也具备成熟的翻修手术技术。

    针对股骨头坏死这一常见且难治的骨科疾病,开展了深入的临床研究。主张根据病情分期进行阶梯化治疗,对于早期患者采用钻孔减压、钽棒植入等保头手术;对于中晚期出现股骨头塌陷的患者,则推荐进行人工髋关节置换术。此外,在足踝外科领域也有专长,在国内较早开展了人工跖趾关节置换术和全踝关节置换术,为足踝部骨关节炎患者提供了新的治疗选择。

    学术研究与奖项

    积极推动关节外科新技术在中国的应用。在国内较早开展了高屈曲度全膝关节置换术,显著提高了患者术后的膝关节活动度,使患者能够完成下蹲、下跪等更高难度的动作。还推广了生物型人工关节置换技术,利用假体表面的多孔涂层促进骨长入,提高了假体的长期稳定性。在科研方面,关注围手术期镇痛管理及假体与骨组织的整合机制,研究了骨小梁金属组合式臼杯系统在全髋关节置换中的应用,证实了其良好的骨传导和骨诱导特性,能够促进骨长入,提高假体的初始稳定性。

    在国内外学术期刊上发表论文40余篇,参与编写了多部骨科专业著作,包括《北京积水潭医院关节外科手册》、《微创人工髋、膝关节置换实用手术技术与快速康复》等,总结了积水潭医院在关节外科领域的临床经验。
