Collaborating with leading domestic experts, he co-authored the “Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis of Osteoarticular Tuberculosis and Drug Resistance” and the “Expert Consensus on Single-Stage Joint Arthroplasty for Active Osteoarticular Tuberculosis.” These guidelines have standardized diagnostic protocols and surgical indications for advanced cases, providing critical clinical guidance to significantly reduce disability rates.

Dr. Pan began his distinguished clinical career at Beijing Jishuitan Hospital, where he dedicated 18 years to the Department of Orthopedics. During this extensive tenure, he progressively advanced through the clinical ranks from Resident and Attending Physician to Associate Chief Physician, acquiring comprehensive surgical training and accumulating profound clinical experience in both orthopedic trauma and hand surgery. In 2011, Dr. Pan transitioned to Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital to assume the critical leadership roles of Deputy Director of Orthopedics and Director of Orthopedic Trauma. Shortly thereafter, in 2012, he was promoted to the esteemed rank of Chief Physician, a testament to his exceptional surgical mastery and sustained clinical excellence.
