    Clinical Experience

    Dr. Wu is a Senior Specialist at the Beijing Medera Medical Group, dedicating his practice to orthopedics and sports medicine. He earned his Master of Medicine degree from Capital Medical University, where he completed his clinical training under the mentorship of Professor Cai Xu, a nationally recognized specialist in joint surgery and sports medicine. Since 2012, his clinical practice and research have focused on the diagnosis and management of joint disorders and sports-related injuries, with specific emphasis on primary and revision joint arthroplasty, as well as minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery.

    Joining the Beijing Medera Medical Group in 2014, Dr. Wu served as an Attending Physician at the Medera Orthopedic Centers located within the Heping Hospital of Beijing Red Cross Society and Beijing Royal Integrative Medicine Hospital. He concurrently held the position of Attending Physician at the Center for Joint Diseases at Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital. In 2023, he was appointed as the Director of the Medera Joint and Spine Center at Zibo Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital, where he assumes comprehensive responsibility for clinical operations, facility management, and the strategic academic development of the center.

    Throughout his career, Dr. Wu has completed advanced visiting fellowships at the Chinese PLA General Hospital and Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University. He remains actively engaged in the national orthopedic community, frequently participating in advanced symposiums dedicated to joint reconstruction, corrective osteotomy, and minimally invasive arthroscopic ligament reconstruction. With over a decade of dedicated clinical practice in orthopedic surgery, he has successfully completed more than 1,000 surgical procedures, encompassing various joint arthroplasties, ligament reconstructions, and arthroscopic repairs.

    Dr. Wu has conducted extensive clinical and foundational research focusing on joint disorders and artificial joint implants. As the first author, he has published nine peer-reviewed articles in core academic journals. He serves as a key investigator in multiple high-level research initiatives, including projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Beijing Natural Science Foundation, the Capital Health Research and Development of Special Fund, and the Tsinghua University Precision Medicine Research Fund, in addition to a major scientific breakthrough initiative sponsored by the China Medicine Education Association. Furthermore, Dr. Wu has participated in three Phase III clinical drug trials and holds three clinical-related patents.
